Our standard Housekeeping Service includes: *The Price varies on the condition and size of the home. Additional charges may apply. KITCHEN Wash and scrub sink, Clean exterior of appliances, Clean inside and outside of microwave, Clean countertops, Mop all floors, Dust and wipe all reachable surfaces, Wipe door handles and light switches, Wipe mirrors and glass fixtures, Take out trash and recyclables. COMMON AREAS & BEDROOMS Make beds, Dust and wipe all reachable surfaces, Wipe door handles and light switches, Wipe mirrors and glass fixtures, Mop/vacuum all floors, Take out trash and recyclables. BATHROOM Wash and sanitize toilet, shower and sink, Dust and wipe all reachable surfaces, Wipe door handles and light switches, Wipe mirrors and glass fixtures, Mop all floors, Take out trash and recyclables. Deposit and Cancelation Clause A Deposit is required to hold your appointment. *DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS: All Detail Appointments: A non-refundable deposit from $25.00 to $50.00 may apply depending on the cost of the detail. A non-refundable deposit is required for all Cleaning Service appointments at the time of scheduling to confirm and hold your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your balance due at the end of your Cleaning Service or maintenance appointment. *Appointments without a deposit will be cancelled within 24 hours of scheduling. To complete your deposit you will be emailed an invoice that will need to be completed the day your appointment is made to be able to book and hold your appointment.
