WHAT OUR MOVE-IN/MOVE-OUT CLEANING INCLUDES: IT'S A DEEP CLEAN WITH ADDED EXTRAS SUCH AS: *The Price varies on the condition and size of the home. This price is estimated for a 1 bedroom/1 bath home. Cleaning inside of the cabinets and drawers Cleaning inside the closets View what’s included with our deep cleaning here. *Homes/apartments must be empty for service, furnished homes/apartments will be charged as a Deep Xtreme Clean* WHAT DOES THIS SERVICE NOT INCLUDE? We do NOT clean interior walls We do NOT haul trash away Any trash left in the home will incur an extra charge If you’re moving to a new location, consider our move-in / move-out service as part of your relocation plans. When you vacate your house or apartment, cleanliness can determine whether or not your security deposit is returned. This could mean a few thousand dollars — money that could go toward making your new place feel like home — making cleaning services well-worth the cost. Our rates are competitive, and a clean living space left behind means a good recommendation from your landlord.
Cancellation Policy
Please read our deposit disclosure carefully: Deposit and Cancelation Agreement: A Deposit is required to hold your appointment. *DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS: All Appointments: A non-refundable deposit from $25.00 to $50.00 may apply depending on the cost of the detail. A non-refundable deposit is required for all Cleaning Service appointments at the time of scheduling to confirm and hold your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your balance due at the end of your Cleaning Service or maintenance appointment. Using a credit card or ApplePay? 8.25% Sales tax & 3.6% Processing Fee charges will apply. *Appointments without a deposit will be cancelled within 24 hours of scheduling. To complete your deposit you will be emailed an invoice that will need to be completed the day your appointment is made to be able to book and hold your appointment.
